알람픽 개인정보처리방침
1. 수집 및 처리하는 정보
알람픽은 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 식별자: 앱 설치 시 생성되는 임의 UUID
- 알람 정보: 알람 시간, 요일, 다시 울림 설정, 볼륨, 브리핑 길이
- 브리핑 설정: 선택 카테고리, 음성, 인트로 음악, 사용자가 선택한 지역, 사용자가 선택한 띠
- 서비스 이용 정보: 브리핑 생성 및 다운로드 요청, 오류 상태, 서버 처리 로그
- 광고 관련 정보: Google AdMob SDK를 통해 처리될 수 있는 광고 ID, 기기 정보, 앱 활동 정보
- 앱 분석 정보: Google Analytics for Firebase가 활성화된 버전에서 처리될 수 있는 앱 실행, 세션, 기능 사용 이벤트, 대략적인 위치, 기기 정보, 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 광고 ID
- 앱 진단 정보: Firebase Crashlytics가 활성화된 버전에서 처리될 수 있는 크래시 로그, 오류 상태, 앱/기기/OS 버전, 오류 발생 시점, Crashlytics 설치 식별자 및 Firebase 설치 ID
알람픽은 Google Analytics for Firebase 이벤트에 서버 UUID, 앱이 생성한 기기 UUID, 정확한 알람 시각, 지역 ID, 띠, 브리핑 원고, 음성 URL, 사용자가 입력한 문자열을 직접 포함하지 않습니다.
알람픽은 사용자의 정확한 위치 정보, 연락처, 사진, 동영상, 마이크 녹음 파일을 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
수집 및 처리한 정보는 다음 목적을 위해 사용됩니다.
- 사용자가 설정한 알람 저장과 동기화
- 알람 시각 전 음성 브리핑 생성과 다운로드
- 알람 발동, 다시 울림, 알람 종료 처리
- 무료 기능 제공과 광고 표시
- 앱 사용 흐름 분석, 기능 개선, 품질 개선
- 장애 분석, 부정 사용 방지, 서비스 안정성 개선
3. 제3자 서비스
알람픽은 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 외부 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
- Supabase: 알람 설정, 브리핑 메타데이터, 음성 파일 저장
- Railway: 백엔드 API 및 작업 서버 실행
- Google Gemini API: 날씨, 뉴스, 운세 등 브리핑 요약 및 음성 합성
- Google AdMob: 무료 사용자 대상 광고 표시 및 광고 성과 측정
- Google User Messaging Platform: 일부 지역 사용자의 광고 및 개인정보 선택 관리

Firebase Crashlytics는 앱 안정성 개선을 위해 크래시 스택트레이스, Crashlytics 설치 식별자, Firebase 설치 ID 등 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Google Analytics for Firebase는 앱 사용량과 기능 사용 이벤트를 분석하기 위해 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 광고 ID, 대략적인 위치, 기기 정보, 세션 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.

4. 보관 기간
- 알람 설정은 사용자가 삭제하거나 서비스 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청을 하기 전까지 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 브리핑 원천 수집 데이터와 음성 파일은 서비스 운영 정책에 따라 짧은 기간 보관 후 삭제될 수 있습니다.
- 오류 로그와 서버 처리 로그는 장애 분석 및 서비스 안정성 개선 목적상 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
- Firebase Crashlytics 진단 정보는 Firebase 정책에 따라 보관되며, 크래시 스택트레이스와 관련 식별자는 통상 90일 보관 후 삭제 절차가 시작됩니다.
- Google Analytics for Firebase 분석 정보는 Firebase 및 Google Analytics 설정과 정책에 따라 보관되며, 운영자는 필요 시 Firebase/Google Analytics에서 제공하는 데이터 삭제 도구를 사용할 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자 선택권
사용자는 앱에서 알람을 삭제하거나 비활성화할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 선택한 지역, 띠, 카테고리, 음성, 인트로 음악 설정은 앱 내 알람 편집 화면에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
사용자는 Android 시스템 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 광고 개인 최적화 관련 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 일부 지역에서는 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 광고 및 개인정보 처리 선택지를 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
기기 식별자 기반 데이터 삭제가 필요한 경우 아래 문의처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 광고와 동의 관리
알람픽은 무료 사용자에게 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 광고 제공 과정에서 Google 및 광고 파트너가 광고 ID, 기기 정보, 앱 활동 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.
유럽경제지역, 영국, 스위스 등 관련 법령상 동의가 필요한 지역의 사용자는 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 광고 및 개인정보 처리 선택지를 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 동의가 필요하지 않은 지역에서는 별도의 동의 화면이 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다.
7. AI 브리핑 및 면책
알람픽의 브리핑은 공개 데이터와 AI 요약 및 음성 합성을 바탕으로 생성됩니다. AI 요약에는 오류나 누락이 있을 수 있으며, 뉴스, 날씨, 시장 정보, 운세는 참고용으로 제공됩니다.
투자, 의료, 법률, 안전 등 중요한 결정에는 알람픽 브리핑만 의존하지 말고 공식 출처와 전문가 의견을 함께 확인해 주세요.
8. 보안 조치
- 앱과 서버 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 릴리즈 앱에서 암호화되지 않은 HTTP 통신을 허용하지 않습니다.
- 앱 백업을 비활성화하여 기기 식별자와 로컬 알람 캐시가 외부 백업에 포함되지 않도록 합니다.
- 서비스 운영에 필요한 접근 권한을 제한하고, 장애 및 보안 이슈를 점검합니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
알람픽은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하는 서비스가 아닙니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 처리된 사실을 확인한 경우, 운영자는 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 조치를 취합니다.
10. 개인정보처리방침 변경
본 개인정보처리방침은 서비스 변경, 법령 또는 정책 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 웹페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

Alarmpick Privacy Policy
1. Information We Process
Alarmpick may process the following information to provide and operate the service.
- Device identifier: a random UUID generated when the app is installed
- Alarm information: alarm time, repeat days, snooze settings, volume, and briefing length
- Briefing settings: selected categories, voice, intro music, user-selected region, and user-selected zodiac sign
- Service usage information: briefing generation and download requests, error status, and server processing logs
- Advertising-related information: advertising ID, device information, and app activity that may be processed through the Google AdMob SDK
- App analytics: app launches, sessions, feature usage events, approximate location, device information, app-instance identifiers, and advertising ID that may be processed in app versions where Google Analytics for Firebase is enabled
- App diagnostics: crash logs, error status, app/device/OS version, event time, Crashlytics installation UUIDs, and Firebase installation IDs that may be processed in app versions where Firebase Crashlytics is enabled
Alarmpick does not directly include server UUIDs, app-generated device UUIDs, exact alarm times, region IDs, zodiac signs, briefing scripts, audio URLs, or user-entered strings in Google Analytics for Firebase event parameters.
Alarmpick does not directly collect precise location information, contacts, photos, videos, or microphone recordings.
2. Purposes of Processing
The information is processed for the following purposes.
- Saving and syncing alarms created by the user
- Generating and downloading audio briefings before the alarm time
- Triggering alarms, snoozing alarms, and stopping alarms
- Providing free features and displaying ads
- Understanding app usage flows, improving features, and improving quality
- Analyzing errors, preventing abuse, and improving service stability
3. Third-Party Services
Alarmpick may use the following third-party services to provide the service.
- Supabase: storing alarm settings, briefing metadata, and audio files
- Railway: running backend API and background worker services
- Google Gemini API: summarizing briefing content and generating speech audio
- Google AdMob: displaying ads to free users and measuring ad performance
- Google User Messaging Platform: managing advertising and privacy choices for users in certain regions
- Google Play In-App Review: letting users write a Google Play review when they choose to do so
- Firebase Crashlytics: analyzing app crashes, ANRs, and errors
- Google Analytics for Firebase: analyzing app usage, sessions, feature usage events, advertising performance, and app quality
Firebase Crashlytics may process diagnostic information such as crash stack traces, Crashlytics installation UUIDs, and Firebase installation IDs to improve app stability.
Google Analytics for Firebase may process app-instance identifiers, advertising ID, approximate location, device information, and session information to analyze app usage and feature usage events.

4. Retention Period
- Alarm settings may be retained until the user deletes them or requests deletion.
- Collected source data and generated audio files may be stored for a short period and deleted according to service operation policies.
- Error logs and server processing logs may be retained for a limited period for troubleshooting and service stability.
- Firebase Crashlytics diagnostic information is retained according to Firebase policies; crash stack traces and associated identifiers are typically retained for 90 days before deletion begins.
- Google Analytics for Firebase analytics information is retained according to Firebase and Google Analytics settings and policies. The operator may use Firebase or Google Analytics deletion tools where applicable.
5. User Choices
Users can delete or disable alarms in the app. User-selected region, zodiac sign, category, voice, and intro music settings can be changed in the alarm edit screen.
Users can reset their advertising ID or change ad personalization choices in Android system settings. In certain regions, users may review or change advertising and privacy choices through Google User Messaging Platform.
Users may request deletion of data associated with their device identifier by contacting us at the address below.
6. Advertising and Consent Management
Alarmpick may display Google AdMob banner ads to free users. In the process of serving ads, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising ID, device information, and app activity.
Users in regions where consent is required by applicable law, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, may review or change advertising and privacy choices through Google User Messaging Platform. In regions where consent is not required, a separate consent form may not be shown.
7. AI Briefing and Disclaimer
Alarmpick briefings are generated based on public data, AI summarization, and speech synthesis. AI summaries may contain errors or omissions, and news, weather, market information, and fortune content are provided for reference only.
For important decisions involving investment, medical, legal, or safety matters, do not rely solely on Alarmpick briefings and check official sources or professional advice.
8. Security Measures
- Communication between the app and server is encrypted using HTTPS.
- Unencrypted HTTP traffic is not allowed in release builds.
- App backup is disabled to help prevent device identifiers and local alarm cache from being included in external backups.
- Access to service operation data is limited, and operational or security issues are reviewed as needed.
9. Children's Privacy
Alarmpick is not directed to children under the age of 14. If we become aware that personal information of a child under 14 has been processed, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in the service, laws, regulations, or policies. If there are material changes, we will provide notice through the app or this webpage.
